Our experienced cosmetic dentist Dr. Maria Rhode looks forward to giving a presentation this month at Heart to Hearts, Inc., a nonprofit women’s wellness organization. Dr. Rhode’s talk, titled “Modern Dentistry and Women’s Health,” will focus on the relationship between oral health and the following topics:

2. Likely disorders: Thyroid imbalances, Osteoporosis, Burning Mouth Syndrome, Cancers

Heart to Hearts, Inc. has a mission of educating women and their families about the important issues that affect their overall well-being. The organization offers programs, classes and seminars teaching women how to reduce the risk of serious illnesses down the road.
Dr. Rhode was personally invited to speak at this meeting by the president of Heart to Hearts, Inc. She hopes that her audience learns about the important connection between oral health and overall well-being.
“There are so many demands on women presently and it is important that women stay healthy for as long as they can,” says Dr. Rhode.
The presentation will be held on February 27, 2013 at the Project Freedom Community Center on One Freedom Blvd. in Lawrenceville, NJ.
